Is there any place where I can get Microsoft Publisher by downloading? Or do I really need to download it? Please answer quickly....it's for a project.

Publisher can be purchased standalone or as part of an Office suite at most major software retailers, like Best Buy and CompUSA.

Legally, no you can not download it, you have to purchase it, it comes with Office 2003 Pro...your looking at tag of about $500...thats right...$500...you can thank your educational systems loyalty to MS for your reliance on such a stupid program (publisher) if your clever enough, you can do the same with MS Word as you can with publisher so long as you are not working with large paper sizes
(THEY SHOULD USE OPENOFFICE IN SCHOOLS INSTEAD OF OVERPRICED MS OFFICE)
