Microsoft Office standard on Dell? Download where?

My office computer crashed last week, so the repair man replaced the memory and reinstalled Windows XP using the disks that Dell sent. But Microsoft Office is nowhere to be found. I thought that it came standard on Dells. I've downloaded the free trial version but I need to get a permanent version SOON. Any suggestions?

Only comes if you purchase it with your system. Its not a default program that comes with PCs without purchasing it. Take your service tag and call dell support to find out if you should have it.
