My Informatic teacher have enterd ftp server via Microsoft Outlook Express about 2 years ago. I don`t remeber how he did that. Anyone know how?

its was properly more like a newsgroup rather than a ftp
u would need to know a newsgroup to access this but i wouldnt use outlook express i would get a program called newsbin which is much better.

my guess would be newsgroup. there is no way to use it with ftp
