Is it possible to use the internal ''Virtual network'' with the virtual guests but still give them internet? or is there a way to use a shared NAT with the host like you can do with Microsoft Virtual PC? Having the virtual machines on my ''real'' LAN is causing problems. I would like to share the hosts NAT if possible. If its possible How?

Try downloading VMWare workstation or running Xen on Linux instead of MS crapware. With MS, you're always stuck running things how THEY think you should be, rather than what you need.
