this involves a book report that i have to do for school and i was wondering something...i have to make a bookmark for the book i am using so i dont want the bookmark to be all white i wanna add a bacground to the bookmark. are u able to do it in microsoft word or do i have to use something else???

You an draw a rectangle and fill it with any color. Or, you could insert a graphic for the background and put artistic text over it.
