I don`t have credit card number for singing in free .com domains on microsoft office, but i have something to put on....how to get over that step or something.....????

You can't get past that step. You will need to get a credit card to get a free .com domain. It is there policy. They say you need one so in case you want to charge something to it later down the road. They also need your credit card so there is no malicious activity going on and showing that you are a legit person.
