Microsoft Word 2007 file n Word 2003?

Microsoft Word 2007 file does not open in Word 2003...is it true??? Whats the solution???

There are two solutions for this problem:

1.In Word 2007, do a Save As and select an earlier version of Word as the file type.

2.Download and install Microsoft鈥檚 free Compatibility Pack on the machines with the earlier version of word.

while u save the word file in ms word 2007, select save as type: ''word 97-2003 document'' and save it.

in that way ur file becomes compatible to be opened in all versions of MS word.
when you save the file in 2007 you can use the option save as 2003 this way it will open in 2003 simple as that
