Microsoft Word will not translate documents. Go to altavista.com and click on "babelfish". It will translate to and from various languages. Or, you can search on google.com. Just type in "free spanish english translation".

Yes. In Word, go to table, language, translate. The problem will be that the translation will be literal, not taking into account common phrases, slang etc.
