Microsoft ocments - auto save??

I am sitting computer exams at school and i wanted to know is there is a way that the computer can automatically save your files, say every minute, if you save it at the beginnig and give it a name?

And does this apply to all microsoft documents or just some?

there you can adjust timing as u required.
