WHich program is the best ? I currently have Microsoft Picture It in my computer, wondering about downloading Picasa .. ?

In my opinion ACD is the best software out of the 3 listed. I've used it and i've also tried both Picture it and Picasa. The only bad thing about ACD is that it's not free. You can certainly try Picasa and see if it's better than Picture It.

i've been using ACDSEE for about 7 years, and following the new versions, they don't consume much of your system resources, they are smartly designed
but picasa is slow, exploting your system, has an internal connection with google (which you might not prefer to be)
